This time i think the govt will have had enough of this rubbish and will force a split of telecom no matter what. What an appauling service telecom provide. www.telstraclear.co.nz |

What an appauling service telecom provide. www.telstraclear.co.nz When you consider the reliability of the Telecom phone service to that of broadband it's pretty good. It's up time is around 99.999%. I would treat with a grain of salt a press release from the competition.. |

Because its probably not newsworthy, but it does happen (www.geekzone.co.nz) and again (tvnz.co.nz) and again (www.citylink.co.nz) Even this newer cable service supplied to only a small portion of the country has its problems. |

What only 3 outages since 2002 - seems pretty good to me. If only Telecom could do as well. |

Nothing wrong with size as such, but it is a bit of a tragedy in the other departments (unless you are a competing company). Unfortunately, Telescam's abysmal behaviour means that the opposition don't have to try very hard to be better, so they don't. If Telecon could just capitalise their "goodwill", they would not have to pay any tax whatsoever. ;) |

I had the same problem trying to call clients......Very annoying i must say...My finger were sore after dialing so much..off to get a finger massage tomorrow. |
