Looks like an infomercial that you are advertising . Nzers pay far too much for mobile phone use compared to other countries, and I don't think this changes anything .

585002 2007-08-27 05:34:00 Its irrelevant here.
Vodafone coverage ranges from pathetic to non-existent.

I'm waiting for Telstras, just so we can dump Telecom mobile.

I find it to be much the opposite, but I'm on flat plains.
I very much doubt telstraclears offerings will be fantastic... it's CDMA, suicidal.

Hi Roger,

can you give us some examples? BestMate offers unlimited calls/TXTs/video calls to another Vodafone number for $6/month (less if you have three of them on You Choose) and I don't see any other provider offering as good a deal.

There's a lot of talk about NZ mobile pricing being somehow more expensive than everyone else in the whole wide world, but the OECD figures simply don't back that up. Vodafone NZ has committed to offering prices in the top half (cheap half) of the OECD by 2010 and we're well on track to do that. We're now offering plans for $39.95/month that give you a free BestMate, high levels of TXT, free weekends, calls to off-net numbers and more... that's adding value as I see it.

And let's not forget that we're into fixed lines now - you can get a business fixed line from Vodafone and save up to 60% on calling and you can buy a landline and get national unlimited number of toll calls for $20/month AND get a free broadband plan to boot... that's all good for the customer, surely?

Cheers

Lets see. Our choices currently are...Telecom and......Telecom.

That makes Telstra fantastic. Even if its not.

585007 2007-08-27 11:28:00 Or they could just cut the crap and lower prices across the board rather then this nominate a best friend crap.

Vodafone...Your deal sucks, its all marketing with no content.
