And have just decided to come back on again (1/4 to 9) I rang Xnet, and they said there was some prob, with Dlink modems and google (something about not being able to ping it , or something)? What a load of bollocks. Funny that I've been using this on Xnet for the last 2 yrs with no probs at all. First they said I was the prob (so got me to reset the modem / reconfigure it). Left it for about 30 mins rang them back, and then they changed their minds. One of their "techs" noticed a prob / outage. Funny noone noticed this, till AFTER I called them |

Unfortunately my better half was on a call to the in-laws at the time so timing couldn't have been worse thats when you wish you were still on analog phone lines. Definitely was a 20+ minute outage as there wasn't even a response to PPP challenges according to the modem. |

| 763179 | 2009-04-08 10:51:00 | Well I must have got lost somewhere else lol. I was definitely offline for at least 2 hrs. Xnet got me to ping google it timed out, ping Xnet it was fine (so it was fine between me and Xnet). But nothing else worked. Kept saying destination unreachable |
