| 763130 | 2009-04-08 08:08:00 | Hi all. Since My Troubles a week or so ago I have not been able to play music on here using WMP11. I get an error message...The file player . exe has a version numberof 9.0.0.3250 where 11.0.5721.5145 was expected,Windows Media is not installed properly & must be restarted. Do you want to instal from the Microsoft Web Site? I have tried downloading it but nothing happens. The screen hangs on the Download box, it will not go past is. The computer is up to date. Can anyone help please? PJ |

| 763131 | 2009-04-08 08:16:00 | Go into control panel Add remove programmes, and remove WMP11 (you may need to go into windows options to do this) Clear your temp folders and temp internet folders download a stand-alone version of wmp11 and install it. www.microsoft.com |
