763037 2009-04-07 23:40:00 I doubt onboard video would conflict with memory. Or it wouldnt have it

What version of windows is on it? Is it up to date?

Is the mouse and keyboard wired or wireless?

763039 2009-04-08 01:24:00 try running Memtest86

763040 2009-04-08 01:48:00 Try this --- Bring up / load Task Manager (press ctrl-alt-delete), click on the PROCESSES tab and then walk away and leave it on the screen.

Once the screen saver comes on, or after the usual amount of time it takes to freeze, move the mouse as if you are going to use it - hopefully the task manager will be visible - look at the CPU usage - it should be 100% ( or what app is running) - see what application is using all the power - report back what happens/what the app is.
