| 763036 | 2009-04-07 23:14:00 | hey any idea on why my dell demision 4600 keep frezzing, most happens when coming out standbye or screen saver. i notice when it dose it the mouse and key gets turned off. ive had some ideas like memeroy conficlts with the on borad video any ideas would be great :D cheers |

| 763040 | 2009-04-08 01:48:00 | Try this --- Bring up / load Task Manager (press ctrl-alt-delete), click on the PROCESSES tab and then walk away and leave it on the screen. Once the screen saver comes on, or after the usual amount of time it takes to freeze, move the mouse as if you are going to use it - hopefully the task manager will be visible - look at the CPU usage - it should be 100% ( or what app is running) - see what application is using all the power - report back what happens/what the app is. |
