| 762852 | 2009-04-07 04:21:00 | I send emails to people all the time with Attachements and they all get them but for some reason my Dad (who plays with settings) never gets them, it is almost like his computer and his Laptop strip anything from me and he only gets the body of the email. This happens whether i send photo's, jokes, anything, I send things seperately in a new email just to see if he gets it and nothing happens, he never gets it. He used to get some but now it is all the time. I can send it from my gmail account no worries he gets them but neither my business one or my paradise one. Could it be Xtra doing this?? Even after reloading my computer it is still hapening. I use Outlook and he uses Outlook Express. Some help would be apreciated as this has gone on for a long time. |

When you type in your Dad's email address double-click it and in the box that pops up set Internet format type to 'Send Plain Text Only' You will need to do this every time you send him an email with an attachment. I have the same problem here sending invoices to customers who use Outlook Express. That could be another option, tell your Dad to use Thunderbird :D |

Maybe i should get him to use it :) Will post back once he lets me know if he has got what i am sending him Cheers for that |
