Shame on them.

586106 2007-08-30 08:56:00 How did they not learn their lesson from last time (half a million CDs recalled so I believe)

I still have some SecuROM nonsense on my PC I can't get rid of...

Not bad. Picked up a few 'stray' registry entries but I think it's unaware of SecuROM

My only problem is two malformed files SecuROM leaves behind - can't delete them and don't show up in Explorer etc

Anyone know of good utilities for removing malformed files before I Google for something? Cheers :)

586109 2007-08-30 11:15:00 Malformed as in what? Get CCleaner to get rid of any wanted files (Temp IE files etc) and clean your registry too. beeswax34 (63)
586110 2007-08-30 11:17:00 There is a SecuROM removal tool, I used it the other day, No idea where I got it from though, a link in a forum probaly. Metla (12)
586111 2007-08-30 14:01:00 Thx all

Ended up using TrashReg and Unlocker to remove. Unlocker takes a bit of know-how to get working. (From forum thread link (isohunt.com))
