| 763571 | 2009-04-09 23:34:00 | hmmm, laptop is only a couple weeks old As Blam mentioned - still possible - sometimes components are faulty right from the start, even brand new. Not saying the RAM is faulty, just the error message sometimes means thst it is. The memory test should either confirm one way or another. The one you want is the bootable ISO for a bootable CD, then after making the CD, boot from that. ANYTHING in red is a fault. Can take a while to run right through. |
