587209	2007-09-03 14:19:00	What a lot of hot air - minus facts. I doubt that some of you know the difference between one "refugee" & another - the way you obviously lump them all in together. The comments are the same as for Ahmed Zawhoui (sp) This is a different man, different nationality, different reason for being here... According to what I saw on TV1 News tonight, he had a job (Fellow workers said what a hard worker he was) and was no burden to the taxpayer until officialdom grabbed him. And where did the: "He lied" come from? About what? (You may be right, but I haven't picked up on that for this man.) I'm critical of spongers, myself. And I admit I've not followed this case, so maybe I'm missing important facts. But I don't see what harm a hard worker who kept his head down was doing. Where was "the taxpayers' burden"? Not so long ago, we paid people like that to come here. So which of you was worried he was doing you out of a job..?	Laura (43)

Tell me, if Zaoui was a terrorist in Algeria - just what was France doing there? Nation building? Ha! Any "intelligence" our pathetic excuse for a Secret Service has about Zaoui - they got from either France or Belgium. 587213	2007-09-04 08:30:00	This is the 3rd immigration screwup in recent years . Remember that girl they drugged and sent back home, I think she was killed in the end by her family . Then Zaoui, and the zillions they spent to try to get rid of him, while being unwilling to tell us why . Now this case, where a man has documentary evidence he will die if he goes back to a murderous regime . And he will be sent to his death by a f****ing moron of an MP who apparently knows better than the bishop if the man is a christian or not . So he goes back home, silence falls, and months later the Sunday newspapers will pick up a story about the death of a christian in Iran . By then everyone will have forgotten about it, and that MP will blame it on someone else . yet collectively as a country we reneged on the basic human right to life, and by incompetence and conceit a person died on our watch . Who really cares, he's an iranian, I suppose that means he's barely human .	netchicken (4843)

587218	2007-09-04 14:04:00	I've suspected for a while that tedheath was simply stirring in some threads to get bites in reply from "the usual suspects." (After all, who could really espouse some of his views..?) His posts in this thread are so over-the-top I've decided that my instincts were right. He's just tossing extreme ideas into the pot to keep it on the boil. It's easy when you're anonymous. Some people get their fun that way. (I once had a boyfriend like that.
