762971 2009-04-07 07:37:00 Hi,

I am running Vista Business all up-to-date and I am trying to connect to my company's Remote Web Workplace (sbs 2003 R2) through IE 7.

When I login it comes up with the loading screen and the redirects me back to the login screen. The system administrator says it should be all good so perhaps it's my IE?

Thanks,

William

762972 2009-04-07 08:08:00 Here are possible causes that spring to mind:

-Cookies being blocked
Do this in IE. Tools>Internet Options>Privacy Tab>Click "sites"
copy and paste url into the box and click allow

-An issue with Permissions, ask you admin about this.

If neither of these solutions work, get the company techy to help you out:p

Yes that didn't work. I'm trying to connect from home so getting the tech support to help is a bit tricky.

762974 2009-04-07 08:32:00 May not help but update to IE8

If that doesn't work, try restioring IE to default settings, IE>Tools>Internet options>Advanced Tab>Restore Advanced Settings.

Then if that doesn't work, try selecting "reset" in the Advanced tab.

762975 2009-04-07 09:01:00 Do you get a security certificate warning when first trying to access the RWW?
If so did you install the certificate?
