587629 2007-09-04 05:53:00 Changing is easy.

Ring your new ISP, tell them what you want and wait for notification of the changeover.

Then change your router settings and email settings and email everyone to let them know your new email address.

Simple isn't it.

If you are worried about some people still emailing you @xtra, keep an email only account there and get them to put a forward on it to your new address for a couple of months.

So good luck.

If you pay Slingshot less then there will be the tendency for the old rule to apply, you get what you pay for.

You were having your leg pulled here - when talking about DSLAMs, nobody just has "a Nokia with me"

587633 2007-09-04 21:16:00 Hmmm.....what am I missing?

I'm currently paying Telecom $70.95 a month for phone line and dial-up.

Seems I can go with Orcon and for $83.20 a month get the phone line and 5GB broadband???

$13.20 difference? Doesn't seem right.....better check again.

If it looks too good to be true...it usually is.
