| 763972 | 2009-04-11 05:39:00 | Hi Guys. Running Vista Home. Shut down Quicken normally then try to reopen it and nothing happens.(computer thinks it is still running.(see below)) Log off then log back on and it will start. I started the install process from the installation disk looking for a repair program. No repair program found but the installer informed me that the program was still running and did I want to stop it before continuing. Stopped install at that point. No indication anywhere that it is still running but it explains why it won't restart. Checked Task Manager Not showing in TM as running. Any ideas or thoughts welcome. Cheers Colin |

| 763974 | 2009-04-11 06:35:00 | Its a bug, and Quicken already know about it. This guys seems to have found his own fix: www.quickencommunity.com for%20Windows/Other%20topics/2180 |

| 763975 | 2009-04-11 07:09:00 | Speedy. It is version 2009 and is compatible. Blams post gives the answer. Thanks Blam. Interesting. At least I know that it is not my system. My solution is to log off and then on again. Very quick on my machine. SWMBO will just have to open it once and leave it open until all entry has been done which is not a problem as we only use it once a week or so. Cheers Colin |
