| 587677 | 2007-09-04 02:08:00 | There's a bit in the NZ Herald today on how to cope when the rugby's on . . . problem is, it's written for women coping with their man's rugby addiction . Question is, being neither a woman nor a rugbyhead, how do I escape the rugby myself? I thought of a weekend in Sydney, but crowd fences and water cannons aren't my thing either :annoyed: I have no interest in rugby, I don't care about rugby, it means nothing to me . The media is going to be wall-to-wall saturation rugby-everything, I am apprehensively bracing myself for the onslaught . When it's over, I am planning to relax and go stick some pins in my eyes . . . anything for a little light relief . Cheers Jon |
