590269 2007-09-12 02:55:00 The last shop I worked at didn't open at all over the weekend unless by prior arrangement, like someone coming in from out of town and want to buy a PC or drop one off for repair. CYaBro (73)
590270 2007-09-12 02:59:00 9AM-5PM, 4 days Tuesday - Friday, ½ day Saturday for the kids/hobbiests .

Mondays are just hectic and you'll get a lot of "stone-pickers" on that day . The serious shoppers and service-seekers will call or arrive on Tuesday and you get the rest of the week for them .

The ½ day Saturday is a hobbiest and young modders and such day . :p

I used this schedule for years and had more than enough work and a nice two-day off on Sunday and Monday when everyone else is back at work . . it feels nice to be off when everyone else is grinding .

You are out in the country arn't you:-)

Last time I went to Invercargill it was closed, that was just a normal weekend. Being Ex Dunedin and living 10 years in Auckland having everything shut was a bit of a shock. Warehouse was the only thing open.

pctek come up to Auckland for a shopping visit some day:-)
