I'd like a Cobra kit car for trade . . but I know that this Corvette is a real collector's item with the low low serial number . . and the fact that it's a '53 which was not a full production year run for it makes it more so . If someone had a Cobra kit car with engine and transmission and all the wiring and suspension, upholstery, rims/tires etc, then I might consider it a trade . I want a small block Ford, 302 with a four-speed manual transmission . No nitrous or funny injection, although a tri-power set up is considered OK . The Blue Flame 6 cyl and the Powerglide trans are all original . . and NO . . General Motors did NOT serialize the engines . . there were "types" and engine assembly "runs" but they didn't serialize the engines with the matching ID number of the vehicle . But I will find what I want someday . |

For any developer geeks out there the intesesting thing is after the developer boys flogged away with . net, php & various CMS ideas they actually managed to cut a prototype out in Jade after about 30hrs work . Jade must be the best kept secret . . . . |

It's in San Bernardino, just down the road a'piece from me here and I am attending on Friday evening and most of Saturday . If anyone has the opportunity to grab a Lear jet and get here soon enough, I'll put youse up at my house and take youse to the show those two days . Let me know . I've got a few cases of Mexican beer I can ice down for ya . . and some REAL Mexican food too!
