764716 2009-04-14 03:12:00 Since someone gave it to you

Did you ask whoever to help you, If it was working?

Did you ask if it works / if its faulty?

Other than that, it probably doesnt like / work with Samsung phones

764717 2009-04-14 03:33:00 Yes, it was a family member's and it did work well - they bought a new range of mobiles with the corresponding cable to transfer files and did not need it any more. They did transfer files to a Samsung, but could not remember how or what they did. B*gger. Thanks for that Speedy.

764718 2009-04-14 04:35:00 Hi Sarel

Just a thought. As you are pairing the phone/computer correctly, maybe the ring tones are the wrong format for your phone. This could mean the phone will reject them. Check the ringtone format.

764721 2009-04-15 01:08:00 Heres your problem, I have the same model phone as you and have tried bluetooth transfer with my apple powerbook. It starts transfer but never completes it. Later I found out that you cannot do file transfers with this model phone. REDALERT3COMMANDO (14821)
