And your point exactly is ? I thought the aim was to win not to entertain the masses and then get knocked out in the quarters by a "dodgy" reffing decision... tell me winmacguy - what would you sooner do. win or play entertaining rugby and never win (well apart from 20 odd years ago). - and if you say play entertaining and never win i'm sorry but then i think you are at odds with 99% of sports fans. |

I can't understand why you would hate them so much . . . xenophobia perhaps? I've found the England games to be enthralling, nerve-racking affairs and thoroughly entertaining . They don't play like your beloved all blacks do because they don't have the same players . They simply play to their strengths . If you find that boring, then don't watch . They have been world champions for the last 4 years (whether you like it or not) and thoroughly deserved their victory in 2003 . Their resurgence, determination and teamwork over the last few weeks has been rewarded with a place in the final . You seem to have a case of sour grapes . Accept the fact that NZ weren't quite good enough this time round and move on . NZ may indeed have been the consistently best team in the world recently (although I think SA are stronger at the moment) but this is knockout, test match rugby for the sport's ultimate prize, The World Cup . Teams have to rise to the occasion and perform when it matters . England have done that . That's why they're in the final . legod, WTF are you talking about, I am simply trying to get rid of someone who has a bee in his bonet about winding people up on this forum! Eng have been the title holders for the last 4 years, yes, and what! did I grissle about that? . I asked the mods to ban for trolling, now why dont you F off and mind your own business ah! |
