Plus i'd much rather the AB's played England in the semis that Australia. Everyones been talking up the French as our bogey team but the memories of the 2003 must be much more vivid to these current players. |

Possibly, but if the Pom forwards do win possession, then what do they do with it??? Not much point in sending it out to the backline. Assuming a 50/50 split of the forwards gaining possession, the Aus backline is IMO the best in the tournament. The tries will come whenever they get the ball. Even if the poms get 70% possession, the Aussies could still win it with the remaining 30. Time will tell..... |

Granted the Australian back line is very good but if continually being forced to attack from inside your own 50 then its can be difficult to put sufficient points on the board. Where as all the English need to do is get within the Australia 50 force a penalty or setup Johny for the drop goal. Granted it wont be easy, be if they can summon the courage and defense then I reckon England might just cause an upset. One way or another we'll find out by Monday morning. |

Wasn't pretty or that entertaining at times but people remember the result not the manner in what it was achieved. Go the poms !!! PS Just out of interest why do the all black supporters hate the English over every other team (often including the Aussies). Seems a bit odd since we have done so much good stuff for this country.... |

Hmmm sounds familiar and a bit of a hoot too !!! Twenty up at half time too by all accounts....whoops. Face it Gerg you just can't stand that a country where rugby is a second maybe even a third tier game won the world cup above the "chosen" ones to add another four years to the wait. But oh yes that's right this year is the year - best team ever, best build up, deepest squad blah blah blahzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |

| 588996 | 2007-10-05 23:02:00 | Yeah right. England, the current (about to be lost) holder of The Cup are gonna get their faces wiped by the arses of Australia. NZ will beat France by 30+ points. Yep. Remember folks, Graham Henry did not coach the ab's at the last WC. But he's there now. There is no way he will allow any stuff ups. Not this time. Unless there are injuries, disqualifications, we'll have the cup . :) Remember too that Bob Deans DID score that try, and Graham Henry is still remembered in Wales as THE GREAT REDEEMER. We'll trash the French!! |
