In a 100 kph zone, iff they were going 40 kph over the speed limit at 140 kph that's fast enough to kill someone if they crash, would they just get away with a TICKET? It's not enough, it should be restricted more to 10 kph. uh, how about people not speed in the first place? and i might add that if you get caught doing 140pkh twice (maybe thrice), demerit points will take your licence anyway and 50kph is very capable of killing people too! |
