| 591998 | 2007-09-18 12:26:00 | Maybe we all should be looking for Fosset too......What do you reckon SJ.? Forests, lakes, ravines or what? | BobM (1138) | ||
| 591999 | 2007-09-18 15:30:00 | What do you reckon SJ . ? Forests, lakes, ravines or what? Ya mean . . "where is he?" . . . I dunnow . . . maybe he did an Elvis and is living on some private island somewhere to get out of the rat race . I suggest we check NZ . Sorry to lose such a great aviator . . . but THAT makes it even more mysterious . . . he was so conservative and experienced I cannot fathom him doing anything really bold . You know what they say? "There are a lot of young, bold fliers; but there aren't any OLD, bold fliers . " He was long enough in the tooth to have lost all his boldness . Maybe aliens got him . . not the Mexicans, but the saucer-kind . I'd volunteer to go look for him, but I have to go to New Mexico for a few days and might not be able to fit it into my schedule/shedool . :D |
