| 766539 | 2009-04-20 10:43:00 | Friends, a few weeks ago my broadband speed collapsed. My 3 MB connection now renders me (www.speedtest.net, connection Napier from Auckland) a speed between 0/23 and 0.87 for download and 0.03 - 0.07 for upload. the paradise technician wants to know my Alcatel Speedtouch pro attaianable line speed, however, logging into my modem I do not see it anywhere displayed. i downloaded a very old little program but that did not work either as it was no longer supported. How can I find out what that speed is. The broadband connection is a shambles at the moment !! Thanks Johan |
