767599 2009-04-22 20:03:00 Every time I try to play a video on the web or email, I get a message to download flash before it will work. The latest flash is definitely on my computer. I have downloaded it several times and restarted, but makes no difference. Is it something I haven't ticked in the internet options page? I have vista home about 6months old. I have looked for a link in this forum, but couldn't find one. Anybody please? black (4099)

Are you using the 64 bit version of FF?? If you are, flash doesnt work in a 64 bit browser. But according to the Adobe site, it should work in a 32 bit browser

767605 2009-04-23 20:28:00 Thanks for that, LJ. Some videos work and some don't after following your advice. 1/2 way there. black (4099)
767606 2009-04-27 20:39:00 Videos still don't work on Yutube, but work on emails with video links in them, ie golf tips. . How do I know whether Java script is turned on or off. I've looked at internet options, but it is confusing, some options are enabled and some not. I feel that may be the answer. black (4099)
