| 767373 | 2009-04-22 08:49:00 | Hi there - Not sure if this is an computer issue - I've obtained an brand new OptimusCISS System for my brand new printer so I can do some graphics design work - but for some reason the printer is not recongising the cartridges - even though I followed all installation instructions step by step.... Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Printer is an Epson T20 - and the ink is from www.optiumusciss.com I've tried charging ink etc...still nothing |
