| 1438154 | 2017-08-08 21:17:00 | Yep, make sure you have a quote. Husband never really worked on hourly.....he'd generally give a set price for things. You didn't want him to do hourly really, it can take ages sometimes, unexpected issues etc.... Usually it was fine, occasionally he ended up with something that he calculated was $2 an hour if it turned out to be a pig. Likewise computing...I had fixed fees, if they insisted I sit there at their place though, then hourly. With computing you can be working on more than one if back at the workshop (time spent scanning, updating etc) |
