| 1438111 | 2017-08-07 21:13:00 | Android phone experts, please help: I can no longer connect my phone to my Win10 PC for file/ images transfers, the following notice pops up on my phone: " Atenntion: The connected device is unable to access data on this device. Reconnect the USB Cabel and try again. Android File Transfer or Samsung Smart Switch must be installed on Mac OS X devices. To download Android File Transfer go to https: //wwww.android.com/file ....." I used to be able to connect to my PC every time when I plug it to my PC via USB cable. I've swapped another USB cable but still the same. Tried it on another Win10 PC with same results. Usually, when I plug in my phone to the PC, a Notification on the bottom left corner pops up saying, Galaxy Note5 connected , click to select what to do (something to that effect). It doesn't show anymore, since this morning. My phone has developed a problem? OR there is settings somewhere? Android version: 7.0 Please help. Thanks |

| 1438114 | 2017-08-07 23:29:00 | Simple: Restarted the phone! Can you guys get the Smart Lock (to unlock the device automatically when trusted locations or other devices have been detected) working? I can never get it to work correctly! It only works whenever it likes to work, not as it should. |

| 1438116 | 2017-08-08 21:13:00 | Yes, my phone has all those settings/ options, but problem is, the phone and the PC couldn't detect each other! That's the first time it happened, never before! Anyway, it's been resolved. hope it won't happen again! |
