1437842 2017-08-01 00:50:00 Well looks like Little, like Key, jumped ship. ;)

One of MANY articles www.stuff.co.nz

The new Deputy, Kelvin Davis, looks like the type of guy who doesn't take any **** either. Maybe what the country needs instead of the gutless whimps running the place now :D.

1437847 2017-08-01 04:49:00 IMHO, a very impressive press conference: www.youtube.com

She may well give the Double Dipper a run for his money :2cents:

1437848 2017-08-01 06:47:00 Shifty Bill, the Double Dipton boy may have some opposition now. Go Jacinda!
Feel a bit sad for Andrew though, but he did the only thing left to him, really.

1437849 2017-08-01 06:57:00 NZ City says....

"New Labour leader Jacinda Ardern says she she'll bring "relentless positivity" to the party as colleagues draw comparisons between Helen Clark and David Lange."

A bit early to do this comparison! To my mind, she wouldn't have to do wonders to be more presentable than Andrew Little. His previous life as a union boss made him what he is today.

In my time I have had a few dealings with union bosses and generally found them to be humourless B**stards with only having the opinion that they are right and the company managers are wrong.

1437850 2017-08-01 07:58:00 Prefects god like following of National might get challenged. gary67 (56)
1437851 2017-08-01 08:36:00 I suspect Jacinda is there as a caretaker until the heat's on for the next election .

Forget the window dressing of a young attractive young woman, a complete contrast to the dour Little . I would thought Labour may have recognised a safer bet and much more capable Stuart Nash .

I'll stick with National - the devil you know .
