Greetings

I just wanted to say how much we particularly enjoyed reading The Listener dated July 15-21. Lots of great reading, interesting articles and as usual I had a quick glance at Bill Ralston, but despite his waste of space articles, reinforced one more, we continue our decades long enjoyment of NZ Listener for the remainder.

Now, I have been computer literate for twenty years or more and find it hard to just send a comment, like this one, to the NZ Listener. In the magazine itself, there appears to be no avenue to do this, which seems bizarre. When I Google all that comes up is "Noted", which appears to be the front end of the selling of a number of magazines. I may be quite wrong here, but it seems that the NZ Listener has become a fortress, not wanting to waste time on we plebieans? Please, please, prove me wrong!

Kind regards

Jim

1437328 2017-07-18 03:52:00 I have written a few times to the listener.
been buying it for about 35 years.
I got my ebike that way, although it wasn't intentional.

I thought they must think I moan a lot, as I commented on Ralstons pointless article too....anyway this weekend a gift turned up from the Listener. It said thanks for your loyalty and feedback etc etc.

I don't subscribe anymore, haven't for years, just get it from the shop.
On the whole, I like the mag.

And yes, the email address is the way you write in....

They may not always publish it, but they do read them and take note.

1437329 2017-07-18 04:38:00 I use to buy way back...but then came Internet, so subscribed to blogs, news feeds, etc. But Listener not having a easy interactive avenue for comments? If not why not? There must be plenty of long term loyal readers... kahawai chaser (3545)

Not yet. It was 3km mileage when we got it, now it's 15km.
But it's been raining and yuk for ages, and then we had the grandchild here.

But we're all equipped with reflector things and helmets now.

I can't go far....the arthritis bits feel it, husband better but he's waiting for some nice weather and intends to go down the motorway (cycle track).
Well, last couple of days nice weather but we catching up on work round the place so far.

It will mostly be a go up the local shops thing. I got a basket for it, on the carrier.
