I did stream alot of youtube today and did not notice buffering . I used a wifi extender and which showed much better performance so i did not notice much buffering . Bad news is about after 10pm tonight internet did disconnect and reconnect about two or three times . Now that tells me that something is wrong with the connection and i did gathered information which may help in fixing it . Please see the attachment and see if anything does look bad . |

Unfortunately you've also *added* to the mix, with your repeater, which is only further complicating things, you're not helping identify the root cause here: - Is it the DSL router having an issue and dropping DHCP? - Is it the DSL router having an issue and dropping your DSL connection? - Is it the DSL router having an issue and dropping WiFi? - Is it your phone line having errors and dropping your DSL connection? - Is there a problem with the line-card at the DSLAM? - Is there a problem on your ISP's side? - Is there an issue on your laptop with the WiFi? - Is there an issue on your laptop with some other usage causing buffering issues, such as CPU / GPU load? You adding the repeater in hasn't answered any of those. So, cable in to the router for a while, and test. |
