I've to say that recently I enter to a some problem with 2degree phone company regards my overseas roaming bill charges .
while I was checking the original roaming bill sent by email to me it doesn't match with my phone log! of course I made me to enter to a dispute until they sent me the details of roaming after nearly 3 months .
I noticed most of the seconds has been altered and they not match with my phone log . for example if it the call duration on my phone log says 1:17 (one minute and 17 seconds) on my phone bill it shows 1:57 (a bit of more second) . also many other things that draw my attention . they said their charges all come from most trusted provider but I do not have any idea what they mean rather by most trusted rather than explaining the timing difference .

Anybody know about what is the rule about telecommunication roaming charges? or why it's been charged like that?
has anyone recently got any roaming bill from his phone provider (or 2degree) to compare his phone log and tell me if it should be like that?

I've to say there was many other things that doesn't match with my phone log but this one was the most obvious one that I mentioned here .
And yes I took the matter to dispute tribunal, but I'm still looking for more advise from telecommunication expert .
so far 2degree only excuses that all lake of communication was due to their new system upgrade . anyway we have to see . . .

Appreciate any comments and advise .

Thanks

They never explained so far and I'm why I'm trying to find some source and see if it's normal or not . . .
only because I know many people expert here and thought maybe they know the reason . not trying criticizing and if I name the company only it's because any company terms and condition different .

1437891 2017-08-03 06:21:00 Making another phone ring is a service they charge for too while overseas, that is not taken into account of your actual call duration. Well that was what was explained to me years ago. I avoid roaming now and just buy a disposable phone while overseas. Kame (312)

can you explain a bit more? these are incoming calls that my mate called me in China only for testing roaming service still active or not. we were in 5 meter distances and I picked up the call on first ring in 2 seconds, also hanged up at the same time.
