| 1437210 | 2017-07-15 11:55:00 | Hi. Before I took my iPhone7 to an accredited Apple repairer, I did a backup to my Mac and to iCloud. Ended up being given a new 7. However, I can now not backup to iCloud because lack of iCloud storage. Before I handed my old phone over I was asked to disable ‘find my iphone’. I have deleted the previous backup and the old phone from Settings… iCloud, but still it wont backup. Would I be right in thinking that my old phone hasn't been reset and erased and is therefore causing this problem? | olwyn (8088) | ||

| 1437213 | 2017-08-02 07:40:00 | There is an option on icloud that you can view old backup also delete the old one. as long as you login same username and id you should be able doing that. also if you setup a new id then you don't have to be worry for space. | FarJ (17562) | ||
