| 767985 | 2009-04-24 03:20:00 | Reach this stage Nokia PC Suite-Get Connected; reach step 2 out of 3 then get this message; "! Cannot use the connection type check that all the needed hardware, software and drivers are available". Cables which maybe be the answer are either unknown by experts or hard to locate. Any tips on how to get to step 3 etc? |

| 767989 | 2009-04-27 00:31:00 | Try running it in compatibility mode. Right Click the file>Properties.Compatibility Mode tab>Tick Run in Compatibility mode for: Windows XP SP2. Blam |

| 767991 | 2009-04-27 04:56:00 | Are the drivers actually properly installed? Bluetooth or USB cable? The DKU-5 cable is especially picky. | pcuser42 (130) | ||
| 767992 | 2009-04-28 22:46:00 | Thanks guys. Nokia Software Updater responds with the message "Unable to find phone". Still at least initially it may require a cable. Found a driver. | mack (10410) | ||
