| 767855 | 2009-04-23 23:17:00 | Hi, have Windows media player 11.0.6001.7004 and it won't run when I try to start it. Am using Vista home edition. Tried installing over top of it but the download i get for the purpose is an older version of 11 and so cant. How can I uninstall it or where can i get a nother copy of the version i have installed. ken |

| 767863 | 2009-04-24 02:11:00 | Try running the original Commands Blam posted #2 BUT in administrator Mode. Normally you cant run those commands in standard user mode, even if your account has admin privileges. Click Start, type in cmd in the search results RIGHT click cmd/ Run as administrator - then try the commands. ( DONT open the Command box Via windows+R ) |
