768408 2009-04-25 14:26:00 This problem has me frustrated!

I have customised a sales invoice in MYOB with an image on it . It prints with the image fine, but when I save it to disk it strips the image . I tried the same thing on a friend's computer and it worked fine, suggesting I think that I have an issue with how MYOB is creating the pdf on my computer .

I don't understand how MYOB creates the pdf so I can't work out where the problem might be . Can anyone help me? I'd really like to be able to email the 'pretty' version of the invoice, not one with a hole where it should be!

768409 2009-04-25 21:53:00 Download and install the latest version of Quicktime www.quicktime.com that will sort out the problem. DeSade (984)
768410 2009-04-25 21:54:00 Best bet would be to look here:
myobaustralia.custhelp.com 3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9MzAsMzAmcF9wcm9kcz0wJnBfY2F0cz0 wJnBfcHY9JnBfY3Y9JnBfc2VhcmNoX3R5cGU9YW5zd2Vycy5zZ WFyY2hfbmwmcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1pbWFnZSB sb2dv&p_li=&p_topview=1

Failing that ring them.

768412 2009-04-25 23:00:00 Thank you DeSade and pctek very much! Quicktime did the job and the link covers that too. I still don't get why it needs Quicktime (I would never have guessed that) but I think I'll put that down to another thing where I just don't ask why! I'm just glad it was so easy. THANK YOU notsosmart (14855)
768413 2009-04-26 07:53:00 Adobe have some sort of license deal with Apple so that all pictures on PDF do not render correctly in other viewers.
I do not know the ins and outs of it but we strike this problem regularly.
