| 769349 | 2009-04-29 02:46:00 | Hi guys, I was helping someone with their laptop today and ran Avast! The result was clean but it showed some files that it was "unable to scan". HP laptop running Vista. The files seemed to be some that were in Documents and Settings and are archived. They didn't appear to be causing any problems and I was wondering if it was just a "Vista thing"? Is it ok to ignore them? Cheers LL  |
