769171 2009-04-28 07:50:00 I have Nod 32 version 3.0 and want to upgrade to version 4.0, my licence is still valid for another 6 months and it says on their site I can upgrade but do I need to un install the old version first? And do I just download the trial version then enter my product key? Just finding this a little bit confusing :thanks gary67 (56)

769174 2009-04-28 09:26:00 That's one of the many things I like about NOD32, if they release a new version it is free to all current users.
Not like Norton or Trend where you are stuck with 2008 or whatever version you buy and you have to pay to get the new versions.

769179 2009-04-28 22:04:00 I do this several times a day on various PCs. Install right over the top. The most painless AV upgrade ever. Big ups to Eset for creating such legendarily good software. :) wratterus (105)
