I will be the only judge. This will disqualify my entry(s) but I may post some anyway. So far I like the one from Greg. I want original thinking,Oooo - in that case I'll have to tidy mine up. 596676	2007-10-02 05:31:00	No hidden agendas? Im against changing it, but $100 for an idea? No hidden agenda here. Your work will remain your own. The author will hold the copyright. I promise never to distribute your work to any third party whatsoever. I have decided that this competition will remain open until midnight on 31st October 2007 and I will decide a winner within two weeks after that date. People may submit multiple entries which means those people whom have already put an entry in can have another go at it. The holder of the copyright has to justify the design. In other words why does this design show us as New Zealanders. I think we all recognise the silver fern as do most of the rest of the world. This does not mean we have to have it on a flag but one can be there for all I care. You will need to explain the backgound colour, frilly edges if you have any, symbols, logos and etc. The winner will be paid by direct credit into a New Zealand bank account only. I will be the sole judge of the design. It is possible that I may pick the best five (to me) then have a poll. None of the entries so far really work for me. There will be a winner even if I have to pick the best of a bunch I do not totally agree with. So some person out there can get $NZ100.00 if they want. BTW Rob. I am not for changing our current flag. But if people want to then I would like to see what they come up with and why. That is why I will pay the money.	Sweep (90)
596677	2007-10-02 06:09:00	None of the entries so far really work for me . And that's why your offering a $100 . This is funny, changing the flag is a hugely controversal and subjective . I will 100% gaurentee that something you choose will end up being one hell of a ****ty design, as someone will try to design a flag that trys to encompass all of NZ's heritage, cultures and people and will end up looking like something the dog threw up . The flag needs to represent NZ, not every single ethnicity that happens to live in this country . It sounds harsh and pig headed i know, but that's how i see it .	Jams (1051)
