| 769207 | 2009-04-28 22:42:00 | On 3 of the users in Outlook Express go to Accounts and under advanced I think choose the tick box option to "leave Mail on the Server". On the other user account in the same place in Outlook EXpress choose to leave mail on the server but also select the option to delete mail after so many days. You can put however many days you want here. Now if all users are using the same Outlook email account all users will be downloading the same emails but any sent emails will not be shared. |
