| 768981 | 2009-04-27 22:38:00 | Hi Guys I have recently built a new computer and the lcd screen has started to have a faint flicker that comes and goes, now if I change the refresh rate to 50hz it seems to disappear. I am wondering if the monitor is defective or if its a graphics card or graphics card driver issue Also what graphics drivers do I get from nvidia as there are different categories since I last had a nvidia card. Here are my specs. Intel Duo core 2.66Ghz 4GB DDR2 Graphics MSI Geforce 9500 GT and the monitor is 22 View Sonic Resolution running at 1920x1080 running Windows 7 Beta Noting is oveclocked. Any ideas? Thanks guys |

| 768988 | 2009-04-30 04:36:00 | most LCD's use 60hz as the correct refresh rate I wouldn't recommend using 50hz at all. Do you use the screen under fluorescent lighting ? this can cause flicker in some cases. | dugimodo (138) | ||
