| 768978 | 2009-04-27 22:25:00 | I have a Canon i960 printer. I'm trying to print some pages off using usb to usb. At first it was saying printer is offline even when everything was plugged in correctly. I then uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it's telling me it's collecting printer status and nothing is happening. It also says error on the printer icon in control panel. | 768980 | 2009-04-28 00:03:00 | Control Panel>Printers and Faxes>Right Click your printer>properties>Is port set to USB001(virtual USB)? Try going into device manager, right Click printer>uninstall. Reboot. Blam |
