He said that the original email should have stated that the product was going to be available in October, not December . He said he would refund the money . I dunno, if this was trademe they wouldn't get a smiley face! He said he had a huge backlog of emails, so my guess is that either he needs to improve on customer service, or else there was some emergency in Aussie or something that he just dropped everything and left . |

This will get their credit card sales closed very quickly if Visa find out . They'd have been smarter to stick to their first statement about 5% discount for cash etc and say nothing at all about credit cards, let alone jam their collective feet in their mouths with the second & third statements implying surcharges .
