"The comments for your order are out of stock due in september Your order has been updated to the following status . New status: backorder" Strange I thought as I ordered it at the end of September . Anyway I forgot about it for a while (exams at the moment) and then after a couple weeks emailed to ask what was going on . No reply . Rang them, got an answering machine saying they'll be back after Labour weekend . Now I have emailed twice more asking for a refund . No reply . Yay, looks like I'll get to go to the Disputes Tribunal . PCtek we can be witnesses for each other :) That's why you wait for them to tell you they have stock before you pay them . . This is on their website (which is www . madkiwi . com) Important notice: Madkiwi computers office will be closed from the 16th October until the 24th October orders placed during this time will not be processed until the 25th . No courier pickups or drop-offs will be available . This is probably why you haven't got a reply yet secondly, before you go to disputes if you really can't get anything out of them just go to their address: 5 kupari place Glenfield Northshore Auckland if you don't live in auckland just wait, they will most likely email you back anyway |

I am still asking for a refund, as I had emailed them on the 7th of October and received no reply . Also I really can't understand how a PC parts supplier has such terrible customer service . I'll post an update on the situation when I can finally communicate with someone from Madkiwi . I'll send a carrier pigeon if I have to . |
