| 769630 | 2009-04-30 03:50:00 | When I want to print an E-mail and I click on the drop down menu "Print" the printer menu appears O.K but when I click on "Print:" nothing happens. To get around this problem I open and close "Windows Task Manager" doing nothing else. Then, clicking on "Print" the printer accepts the command. I have two printers and the same happens to both. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem? F.W.J.M.pressf1.pcworld.co.nz |
