| 770699 | 2009-05-03 11:08:00 | I have just rebuilt laptop with XP which came with the PC. When I try to play some games I get a message "can't start graphic engine" " ensure Directx 9 loaded and Diect3D turned on" I have downloaded latest direct x10 which should sort direct3d but still cant play game. any ideas on how to sort this? | kamo2u (14878) | ||

| 770704 | 2009-05-04 21:26:00 | Direct link (download.microsoft.com) to the March 2009 DirectX 9.0c install. It's 90+MB. Install that & it should sort the problem out. |
