The rest of them just put forward as policy, whatever they think will get them votes. There is little in the way of ideology anymore. Someone like a communist party, because, even though they know that would lose, at least they have some plan, however misguided, about how they they can improve the place. Voting in N.Z. makes little difference anyway. There is nothing much in the way of big issues.Sure there might be an argument over 1/2% tax either way, but really, that is going to have no big impact on any of our lives, and what you gain on the roundabouts, you lose on the swings, | joemac (9739) | ||

Whoever you vote in of these 2 will do pretty much the same thing ... pay the voters off on election year, slag the other major party off, and make stupid decisions once they are in. If we vote in the Greens - Sue Bradford will make sure its illegal to kiss our kids, Fitzsimmons will have us living in mud-houses, and walking to work, while good ol Nandor will legalise pot and make 'sesh's a required part of the work day. Destiny (don't even go there) NZ First - Ok so Winnies a stirrer, but he has some balls (to go against the 'norm') The rest, well ... show me some policies and we will see |
