I don't think ACC "pays out" for post traumatic stress disorder unless it's related to sexual abuse. Private prosecution brought against the police and big pay outs. I quoted the Police Act, and made a comment with regard to the jurisdiction of ACC law. This was in response to your "predictions". I did not insult or abuse you. I didn't call you a troll. I referenced one of my statements with the relevant statute - hardly "stupid". This is a FORUM. If all you can do is post your ideas on a thread - and then whinge and moan, and call other members trolls when they respond to your posts, then you have entirely missed the point of a forum. Forum - n. a public facility to meet for open discussion. Discussion - n. an exchange of views on some topic. |
