602107 2007-10-18 00:43:00 Your logic is crap.

That's not my logic.
It is more a case of understanding the 15-35 year old consumer/gadget buyer which Apple seems to do very well judging by their sales of 10million + units per quarter over the last 2-3 years vs the competition.

602108 2007-10-18 00:47:00 Nope, Your logic is crap.

The idea that you buy an over priced gadget that is designed to break well before its had a acceptablee life is FANTASTIC because you get to buy a new one when it dies is total and utter sh1t.

Get out of the thread fool.

It might be crap logic, but a lot of companies out there would love to have a large successful chunk of it.

602110 2007-10-18 00:54:00 I believe Metla stated clearly and nicely at the start of the thread, that he didn't want apple fanboys in here. Your talking a load of crap. wratterus (105)

As usual you resort to citing Apple's sales figures as justification for your logic.

There is no way on earth you can claim Apple's bad press over the battery debacle as a "success".

It wasn't the bad press I was talking about, it was the iPod sales numbers over the last 2-3 years .
I gave an average battery life span . I understand that the batteries are designed to have a set amount of charge cycles over their life span (what ever that is supposed to be)

602113 2007-10-18 01:23:00 Again with the sales figures so again by your logic, MS is the best OS. You defeated yourself, nice work. beeswax34 (63)

Ill say that MS is the OS that 90% of the world's computer users are familiar with and people generally like to stick with what they know and use and work until they are forced to change or something better comes along....which is starting to happen.

602115 2007-10-18 01:32:00 Just go away, ***. Metla (12)
602116 2007-10-18 01:33:00 Winmacguy, this is your final warning to stop turning every thread out there into a PR stunt for Apple.

Others keep taking your bait, but Metla outlined clearly in his first post that he didn't want to hear about Apple, and I think you should respect that.

keep this thread on topic please, the way it's going now it's spiralling out of control.

Metla: I've always found Sony's mp3 players to be good, but very hampered by the software. However, that looks to change now, and I think you can use the current models to drag and drop without file conversion. Not too sure about the price though.
