| 603169 | 2007-10-22 00:33:00 | as soon as i saw the title of this thread i thought "guy fawkes" the stupid thing is that THIS is the stuff that is going to get the otherwise unrelated, boring, dumbed down fireworks we can still buy for one week a year banned altogether. perhaps if we could still buy some decent fireworks we wouldn't have so much idiocy around (no need to "modify" them) anyone with a gun licence (ie any 16 year old who isn't legally retarded) can buy black powder by the kg. brilliant stuff, and saves alot of time and effort "modifying" fireworks. use a bit of *** / *** to make napalm and add oil/heat for plastic explosive? *** and *** for fertilizer bomb? then come back here, dictating to your acc paid assistant from your acc paid hospital bed and explain to us why you're taking our tax dollars and medical resources, and then explain why we won't be able to buy fireworks next year. and how you intend to function without fingers nor sight This was when I was teaching secondary school and before they brought in lots of regulations regarding experiments that couldn't be justified in a school environment (like Na in water etc). LOL, way back in 5th (2004) form my science teacher did exactly that!:D For instance..having fertilizer and diesel fuel in your possession is illegal too. what? what about farmers? damn kids! |

This guy is just asking for trouble. Lol  no I am not asking for trouble. Guys get over it I'm NOT TRYING TO MAKE BOMBS and don't even want to make thermite anymore. Geez sorry for asking:p . Btw I am happy enough with the fireworks you get during Guy Fawkes, it's just too bad you can only get them once a year:( |

| 603176 | 2007-10-26 00:01:00 | We were shown the sodium - water reaction with a suitable lecture on the danger - two toilet bowls shortly thereafter gave their all to prove the danger was not minor. Proved a couple of other things about the relative hardness of partitions vs porcelain too. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
| 603177 | 2007-10-29 04:43:00 | im a bit late, but ohwell. if anyone wants to know about making thermite, or purely an easy way of getting aluminum powder pm me. alot of people in this thread need to realize thermite is only dangerous if handled wrong, it is a fun experiment to do, stop giving people **** for it. its obvious he wanted it for thermite, there is no reason for most of the posts here, if you didnt know where to get aluminum powder, you shouldnt have replied. | Velian (12945) | ||
