Oh they would use it, but you would be paying bigtime for the technology. They more than likely know about it, but will play a waiting game. What's the bet one of the other ISP's use it first.

No details, Does a mathematical model mean its never been proven in the real world? and at best it won't increase the maximum capacity of ADSL, just give priority to whomever is trying to use the biggest share.

Hell, There is still a bottle neck getting the crap from the other side of the world to our local exchange, never mind the last mile.

Thats my cynical input, I give it the middle finger.

However, I am hoping that this holds some credence: "-- has patent applications for the technology being processed in the US and Australia, won one of Melbourne University's top academic prizes yesterday, a Chancellor's Prize for Excellence in the PhD."
