| 604464 | 2007-10-23 02:22:00 | Hi Guys I want to open a paypal account so I can get a few things from o'seas. But I do not have a credit card. I do have internet banking. So can I pay them with this ? I have studied their website and cannot find the answer to this basic question without actually signing up ! Regards Digby |

It seems they are major credit card names like Visa etc - but will only work if they've got money in them. | 604471 | 2007-10-25 03:50:00 | I got a paypal account and it works for me with a westpac debitplus visa card. Don't believe you can use normal internet banking though. Although you can open an account without even a bank account (because paypal only asks you for that stuff once you have an account), you probaly just can't use it if you don't have a credit or debit card |
