I Think Paypal should make it clear on their website that non-Us bank account are not acceptable ! Now what can I buy ? I was going to get DebitPlus but if it can't be used for Paypal Verification then I think I don't need DebitPlus. Thanks |

My paypal is not verified and has a monthly limit withdrawing money to my bank (ANZ). Thanks |

| 604477 | 2008-01-27 02:00:00 | I'm not sure, I got the card, I signed up for a paypal account, added the card number to paypal, they charged $1 to verify that the card worked (which was later refunded) and then I used the paypal account to buy a few things. I haven't tried anything else with it, so if that's not what you're asking I can't say for sure |
